Expert Counsel of the World Intellectual Property Organization -WIPO. Guest professor at WIPO Academy, 1994 (Geneva, Switzerland). WIPO Scholar for the Course on "New Technologies Impact on Intellectual Property", 1996 (Harvard University). Appointed by the Ministry of Justice as member of Committee Nº 123/91 of amendments to Law 11.723. He was part of the Argentinean delegation in the diplomatic conferences which gave rise to the "Agreement for the Protection of Phonograms Producers in relation to the Unauthorized Reproduction of their Phonograms" (Geneva, 1971) and the "Agreement to Prevent Double Imposition of Royalties Transferred from one Country to Another in Matters of Intellectual Property" (Madrid, 1979). He participated in the six sessions of the Expert Committee (1992/1995) and the last Assembly which adopted the WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT) and the WIPO Performance and Phonograms Treaty (WPPT) (Geneva-December 1996).

Author: "Intellectual Property" (Astrea 1999). "Copyright Laws of the World", Nimmer-Geller, contributor to the Chapter on Argentinean Intellectual Property Law.
